林檎じょうさまもどりましたああああああああああ~~~

Yooooooooooo!
Alpaca here, sometimes Paca, PacPac, or my rapper name TwoPac!
I'll keep introductions brief for now because I'm short of time, but cutie Usagi has been wanting me to get off my lazy llama-esque booty and make a post! In keeping with the theme of music posts, I have one thing to say.

QUEEN RINGO RETURNS!

If you don't know who the gorgeous, talented and diverse Shiina Ringo is, hold on to your panties because I'm about the lay down some facts!

Shiina Ringo is a contemporary of famous J-Popper's like Utada Hikaru (they even did duets!), but unlike Hikaru, her rate of production has been incredibly steady throughout the years. At one point in time, a popular rap song even referenced her former band "Tokyo Jihen" as being one of the most active around.

Sadly, Tokyo Jihen disbanded a year or two ago, and she has been off the scene just a tad, most likely spending time with her only son. However...

ON HALLOWEEN SHE UPLOADED A HIGHLY ANTICIPATED COLLABORATION TO HYPE HER NEW BEST OF COLLAB ALBUMS!

The track "It Was You" is all in English, and has been in the works for several years. Crooner Composer Legend Burt Bacharach himself wrote the song for Ringo! It's every bit as breathtaking as longtime fans knew it would be, with sparse video, but lush instrumentation! The short version leaves thirsting for more!

Shiina Ringo will drop two new albums this coming November to celebrate her fifteenth year in activity! I for one will be preparing my kokoro for MAXIMUM DOKIS.

Hope this tune sticks with you guys all day!~ <3 Alpaca
